Across the fixed and foldable steelramps you can drive easily and comfortably onto the low bed trailer and tipper. The ramps are designed appropriately to the necessary drive up angle and can be folded back-friendly and comfortably by the ramp spring lifters. At the loading area made of HARDOX-steel are enough lashing hooks so that you can fasten the machine securely.
Do you need the two side tipper for the pitching of bulk goods, the back wall can be inserted and fixed at the front wall during the transport of your machines. The bulk good such as gravel, sand, grit, asphalt, topsoil and stones can be loaded and dispatches at the disposal site via two strong tipping cylinders. The tipper is thanks to the durable HARDOX-floor really appropriate for almost every cargo. If you want to transport bigger loading volume we recommend additional sidewalls made of aluminium, steel or perforated steelplate, that can be taken off.
The Two side tipper >10 t total weight are equipped with the brake system EBS and the parking brake TEM with Safe Parking. Herewith we use the newest braking technology! Even though being an individual trailer most models can be delivered with COC/EC type approval and therefore the homologation in your EU-country is easy, quick and economical.
We give you a competent customer advice which two side tipper model with which equipment is suitable for your special operational purpose. We have different lashing equipment as well as tool boxes in our program. The two side tippers are varnished individually to your desire with a high-quality truck coating made by BASF/Glasurit – a galvanized chassis and ramps are also possible.
