This 19-tonne tandem three-way tipper impresses with its high versatility: with a load volume of 13.3 m³, it is ideal for transporting bulk materials such as soil, gravel or garden waste. At the same time, machinery can be loaded easily via robust ramps with a load capacity of up to 10 tonnes. This transforms the trailer into a high-performance machinery transporter in no time at all.
Optimised for challenging terrain
The vehicle has been fitted with wide tyres for use off-road. These provide improved traction and reduce soil compaction – a clear advantage when operating on soft or uneven ground.
Legally compliant load securing with roll-up tarpaulin
Due to current legal requirements for load securing, a suitable cover is mandatory for open transport of bulk goods if the loss or falling of the load cannot be ruled out. This is set out in particular in Section 22 of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), which stipulates that the load must be secured in such a way that it cannot slip or fall off, even in the event of emergency braking or sudden evasive manoeuvres.
A PVC roll-up tarpaulin represents a practical and recognised solution here – particularly for light, loose or dusty materials.
The Blomenröhr tipper is fitted with an easy-to-operate roll-up tarpaulin: thanks to a crank mechanism, the tarpaulin can be effortlessly pulled across the entire loading area by just one person. An integrated platform on the front wall ensures a secure footing and ergonomic working conditions.
Unique feature: car tow bar at the rear
A particular highlight of this vehicle is the integrated car tow bar at the rear. This allows an additional trailer with a gross weight of up to 3,200 kg to be towed. In practice, this means, for example, that a shredder can be carried directly on board, feeding the material straight onto the tipper’s loading area – a huge gain in efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Maximum compatibility thanks to the multi-voltage braking system
Thanks to the modern, multi-voltage-compatible EBS braking system, the three-way tipper is compatible with both agricultural tractors (12V) and lorries (24V). This ensures maximum flexibility within the fleet and allows for universal use without any technical restrictions.
