Whether power generators, water pumps or tanks, compressors, thermal containers, specialised units or mobile flood protection systems – we develop and manufacture tandem chassis tailored precisely to your application. From compact 2-tonne chassis to heavy-duty solutions with a gross weight of 25 tonnes, we produce robust, durable and practical chassis that are ‘Made in Germany’.

Our chassis are not off-the-shelf products – they are designed, engineered and built to fit your bodywork perfectly. Right from the design stage, we take into account all requirements relating to centre of gravity, axle loads, drawbar loads and subsequent use in day-to-day operations.

Individually designed – technically sophisticated

Depending on the application, we can provide:

  • Chassis with a low centre of gravity and a maximum body width of 2.03 m – ideal for equipment mounted between the wheels
  • Extended chassis up to 2.55 m wide for container, box or special bodywork
  • Tandem chassis with parabolic or air suspension
  • Versions with high-speed axles from renowned manufacturers
  • Overrun braking up to 3,850 kg gross weight or air-braking with a modern EBS braking and tyre pressure monitoring system
  • Customised drawbar and towing eye variants
  • Bespoke support and stabiliser systems
  • Special equipment such as storage boxes, tarpaulin frame structures or access aids
  • Integration of TwistLock container locks as defined connection points for power units and special superstructures – this makes the power units removable and counts them as cargo

 

Thanks to state-of-the-art 3D design, the integration of your power unit or bodywork can be precisely tailored. This ensures a technically seamless, fully integrated system even before production begins.

Perfectly tailored to your power unit

The positioning of the axles and the overall load distribution are precisely tailored to your power unit and towing vehicle. This results in chassis with optimum handling, high operational reliability and maximum suitability for everyday use – even for demanding applications or heavy superstructures.

On request, we can also handle:

  • the complete installation of your power unit
  • the technical integration
  • the load distribution test
  • the final acceptance of the complete unit with the necessary registration in the vehicle documents (e.g. as a working machine or as an open-box trailer)

 

EC type-approval available

Many of our chassis can be supplied with a COC (Certificate of Conformity) or EC type-approval. This enables us to provide Europe-wide registration for complete vehicle solutions – efficiently, in full compliance with the law and from a single source.
