The ramps are designed to be the right length depending on the required drive-on angle and can be folded down conveniently and back-friendly using our low-maintenance ramp spring lifting gear. The bulk material such as sand, gravel, asphalt, topsoil or rocks is loaded and tipped at the disposal site or destination using two stable tipping rams. Thanks to the hard-wearing HARDOX floor, the tipper is really suitable for almost any load! If you want to use the tipper for even larger loading volumes, we recommend aluminium, steel or perforated sheet metal extension boards, which can be removed.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row margin_top=&#8221;0&#8243; padding_top=&#8221;0&#8243;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]We have been using the state-of-the-art EBS braking system with the TEM parking brake with Safe Parking on larger vehicles for years. From July 2024, the EBS braking system will be introduced on all air-braked trailers, as a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) must be installed due to new EU directives. (UPDATE AUGUST 2024: Retroactive cancellation of the obligation to equip with TPMS with individual T\u00dcV approval. Vehicles can now still be registered until 6 July 2026 without TPMS).<\/p>\n<p>We will provide you with expert advice on which two-way tipper is suitable for your specific application and with which equipment.
