Chassis<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We design and build chassis from 2.75t to 19t total weight in customer-specific versions!
\nWhether with a low center of gravity and built between the wheels with a maximum width of 2.03m or built over the wheels with a width of 2.55m. The dimensions of the chassis are adapted to the unit to be mounted and the load distribution is precisely calculated. A connection to the customer structures is possible through coordinated construction in 3D format!<\/span><\/p>\n

Low bed trailer with a tilting platform for the transport of road marking machines<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For road marking machines we have constructed two low-bed trailers with a tilting platform: the loading platforms are being lifted with a hydraulic device (either handpump or an electro-hydraulic device) so that they form an even loading area with the ramps. After the ascent the superstructure can be lowered after a touch on a button.<\/p>\n

The trailer model 1020\/10500 with tarpaulin top<\/strong> has a payload of about 7500 kg and is built above the wheels – thus the width inbetween the tarpaulin is 2,42m. After developing this model with a length of 6,40m and pneumatic springs the drive-up angle is less than 9,5\u00b0! The loading area will be lifted by double working cylinders and an electro hydraulic pump. If desired when can also offer the ramps to be operated hydraulicly and integrate a handpump as an emergency function. Type Sheet 1020-10500 engl<\/span><\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you need a low-loader for road marking machines with a loading width of up to 2m, modified drive-through low-loaders with a long drive-on slope and extended ramps can also be used for the transport of road marking machines: experience has shown that the machines require an approach angle of approx. 9 \u00b0 and a flat kink point, so that they don’t get stuck on the driveway.[\/vc_column_text][vc_masonry_media_grid gap=”30″ item=”1511″ css=”” initial_loading_animation=”none” grid_id=”vc_gid:1745487228321-cc754e23-a6d3-10″ include=”6221,6219,6217,5360,5358,5350,5348,4240,4234″][vc_column_text]A wide range of equipment options are available in terms of comfort and safety: the low-loaders can be offered with or without a tarpaulin structure, with a closed tail lift or individual ramps, with warning lighting through flashers or rotating beacons, with a bolt or maneuvering coupling on the front wall to secure the machines.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
