Blomenr\u00f6hr’s three-way tippers are real all-rounders in use: construction machinery is loaded and lashed down safely and quickly on the low tipper thanks to extendable aluminium loading rails. As soon as the machine is in use on the construction site, the tipper can pick up the excavated material and take it to the landfill. It doesn’t matter whether it’s good topsoil, fine-grained sand, coarse gravel, asphalt or thick chunks of rock: the side walls close tightly and the extremely hard-wearing HARDOX floor, which is installed as standard from a total weight of 8 tonnes, can withstand any load!<\/p>\n

At the landfill or its destination, the excavated material can be unloaded sideways or backwards using a powerful 4-stage tipping cylinder – the tipping angle is normally 45\u00b0. As the lighting is protected in the collision guard, the side walls are stable and laser-welded and the tipper locks are robust, nothing is damaged during this process!<\/p>\n

This further increases the already high ground clearance. If leaves or chopped material are also to be transported in autumn or spring, additional side walls made of steel, aluminium or perforated plates are recommended – so you can use your trailer optimally all year round![\/vc_column_text][vc_masonry_media_grid element_width=”6″ gap=”35″ item=”1511″ initial_loading_animation=”none” grid_id=”vc_gid:1737383349611-1a1a8396-421f-10″ include=”4115,4113″][vc_column_text css=””]We have been using the state-of-the-art EBS braking system with the TEM parking brake with Safe Parking on larger three-way tippers for years. From July 2024, the EBS braking system will be introduced on all air-braked trailers, as a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) must be installed due to new EU directives. (UPDATE AUGUST 2024: Retroactive cancellation of the obligation to equip with TPMS with individual T\u00dcV approval. Vehicles can now still be registered until 6 July 2026 without TPMS).<\/p>\n

The tippers are painted individually according to your wishes with high-quality truck paints from BASF\/Glasurit – a hot-dip galvanised chassis is also possible.
